Camera footage of persons, that do not enter the object regularly, is processed on the basis of legitimate interest of the controller
Camer footage of persons, that enter the object regularly and are not employees of the controller (f. e. supplier delivering goods every week) is processed on the basis of their consent

The data comes from controller's own activities
Information whether the processed personal data comes from the data subjects, the organization's own activities or other sources.
If the camera footage records persons, that are not visiting the premises regularly, then the processing is based on a legitimate insterest of the controller, thus the provision of their personal data is obligatory.
If the camera footage records persons, that are visiting the premises regularly, then the processing is based on a consent and is not obligatory.
If such a consent is revoked, persons without it cannot visit the premises anymore.
If personal data are provided by the data subjects, this states the reason why the organization needs the data and whether their provision is obligatory.
